AsianHandicap explained

With Asian Handicap betting you eliminate the possibility of a draw in a soccer game.

1
) 0:0 Handicap
If there are no favourite the handicap will be set to 0:0.There will not be given a head start of a handicap for any team. No handicap will be added to the real number of goals.Example

If you bet on Crystal Palace you will win your bet if Crystal Palace win the match. If you bet on Southampton you will win your bet if Southampton win the match.

(i) What happens if the game ends with a draw ?
If the game ends with a draw you get you stake back

(ii) How much money do you get if you win your bet ?
Winning = Stake x odds
Net Winning (profit) = Winning – Stake

(iii) How much money do you lose if you loss your bet ?
You lose your stake

2) 0:1/4 Handicap
When there is a 1/4 handicap special rules come into play if the game ends in a draw, you win half of what you could have won or you lose only half your stake.

You can read this like : ‘Chelsea giving 1/4 ball to Liverpool’ This means that Liverpool have a 1/4 ball advantage when the game starts.

If you bet on Chelsea you will win your bet if Chelsea win the game. If you bet on Liverpool you will win your bet if Liverpool win the game.

If the game ends in a draw, you will lose half if you bet on Chelsea. If you bet on Liverpool you will win half.

(i) How much money do you get if you win your bet ?
Winning = Stake x odds
Net Winning (profit) = Winning – Stake

(ii) How much money do you lose if you loss your bet ?
You lose your stake

(iii) What happens if the game ends with a draw ?
If you bet on Liverpool you win 50 % of a full net winning, called ‘win 1/2’
If you bet on Chelsea you lose 50 % of the stake, called ‘loss 1/2’

(iv) How much money do you get if you 1/2 win your bet ?
Winning = Stake x odds
Net Winning = (Winning – Stake) / 2

(v) How much money do you get if you 1/2 loss your bet
You lose your stake / 2

3) 0:1/2 Handicap
When a team has got a 1/2 goal start, you will either lose or win. A draw results is impossible.

You can read this like : ‘Manchester United 1/2 ball to Tottenham’. This means that Tottenham has a 1/2 ball advantage when the game starts.

If you bet on Tottenham you will win your bet, otherwise you will lose. If you bet on Tottenham you will win your bet if the game ends draw or Tottenham win the game.

4) 0:3/4 Handicap
When there is a 3/4 handicap special rules come into play if the game ends in with a one goal victory to the favourite, you win half of what you could have won or you lose only half your stake.

You can read this like : ‘Leicester giving 3/4 ball to Burnley’ This means that Burnley have a 3/4 ball advantage when the game starts.

If you bet on Leicester you will win your bet if Leicester win the game by two goals or more. If you bet on Burnley you will win your bet if the game ends draw or Burnley win the game.

If the game ends with a 1 goal victory to Leicester, you will win half if you bet on Arsenal. You will lose half if you bet on Burnley.

Net Winning (profit) = Winning – Stake

(ii) How much money do you lose if you loss your bet ?
You lose your stake

(iii) What happens if the game ends with a one goal victory ?
If you bet on Leicester you win 50 % of a full net winning, called ‘win 1/2’
If you bet on Burnley you 50 % of the stake, called ‘loss 1/2’

(iv) How much money do you get if you 1/2 win your bet ?
Winning = Stake x odds
Net Winning = (Winning – Stake) / 2

(v) How much money do you get if you 1/2 loss your bet
You lose your stake / 2

5) 0:1 Handicap
When a team has given a head start of 1 goal handicap special rules will be added if the favourite team wins by 1 goal. A draw is not permitted in Asian Handicap, and a ‘no bet’ situation.

You can read this like : ‘Manchester City giving 1 ball to Everton’. This means that Derby has a 1 ball advantage when the game starts.

If you bet on Manchester City you will win your bet if Manchester City win the game by two goal or more. If you bet on Everton you will win your bet if the game ends draw or Everton win the game.

If the game ends with a 1 goal victory to Manchester City, you will you get you stake back

6) Combination of handicaps
Sometimes a one goal handicap is not enough, and it will be added more handicaps to the underdogs.
